SERVE AND PLAY PROGRAM

SERVE - Serving is one of the most important skills in volleyball.  It is the one skill with which an athlete has full control.  It requires deliberate practice for athletes to find their serve and develop consistency.  Overhand serving is essential for making a middle school and/or club volleyball team. This program offers athletes one full hour of serving practice. Staff coaches will be out on the courts available to help athletes.

PLAY - Getting the maximum number of touches on the ball through game play is key to improving an athlete's game and ability to 'read' the ball.  We lead an outstanding game called Fast Fours where every athlete has the opportunity to pass, set and spike countless times while on the court.  Athletes are divided into random teams with 4 athletes per team playing a fast game of moving on and off the court playing four on four. This program offers one hour of Fast Fours game play.
